DAY 19 TAHOE- Great day! Did all three workouts! Started with a 2 mile ocean swim in seal beach with the sea monkeys at 5:40am. They are fast swimmers and I have some work to do. It felt great swimming in he open water at the break of dawn. Next I had a very intense bike ride today. Biked for 1 hour, 10 min warm up. 20 minute power meter threshold test peddling all out, next after a 3 minute break went into 20 minutes of intense interval training, all out for 15 seconds, rest 15, then 30 seconds, then 45, then 1 minute up to 2 min. then a 10 minute cool down. Great bike work out. Lastly I did a 5:30 hot yoga vinyasa flow class. Great stretching and sweating. Felt amazing after all the workouts I have been doing. My nutrition was spot on with 2 juices and 3 smoothies. I was able to get the time it takes to make the nutrition from 30 minutes to just over 15 minutes. This was huge! Picked up and extra 15 minutes in the morning:-) Feeling great and tons of energy! Tomorrow it is masters swim at 5:30am, Swim instruction at 11:30 going to get video by my swim coach to improve my stroke and body position. Next I will do cross fit at 4:30pm and then run 6 miles at 5:30pm!
