DAY 20 40 DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE… GO. SET. READY. GROW… BBCS, WOW! Today we reach the halfway point of THE 40 DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE! That means in 21 days I will be tying that Black Belt around your waist and you have be TRANSFORMED into an AGPMA Black Belt. Ive been hearing your testimonies about what a blessing it has been to so many of us. When the Holy Spirit led me to this 40 day prayer challenge I said; YES LORD; this is the second time to do it and I am AMAZED of the timing and application of the Holy Spirit. God Bless all my BBCs, family and friends as we walk with Jesus Christ ONE DAY at a time. Day 40 of our Prayer Challenge will be Friday JULY 25, the day before the 2014 Black Belt Graduation. I’m giving thanks in anticipation for all of God’s answered prayers and the vision He’s giving us for our best future in Christ: if you are looking for a Fresh Start, better yet; an ALL THINGS NEW LIFE. Let me encourage you to keep praying with us and --if you are moved to commit your life to Christ or recommit your life to Him through WATER BAPTISM…If you do not have a church to grow with. Let me know. We will be baptizing many who have accepted Jesus in this season ON FRIDAY JULY 25 in front of our Dickinson Al Garza Premier Martial Arts! I rededicated my life along with Ashley, Cody and others from our AGPMA family in 2011. God has had HIS WILL & HIS WAY with our lives in so many ways that I would never had imagined since taking it to the next level of commitment. WOW, I can only imagine the Party that will be started up in Heaven on JULY 25! Take another look at the invitation given at the Jesus Culture Concert. I videotaped it for such a time as this. I wish to give God all the glory as I share a little of Kim and my story when we went…GO. SET. READY. Accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior and in obedience through WATER BAPTSM. This was the beginning of our ALL THINGS NEW LIFE and walk with Christ. We both were set free of our sinful past, forgiven and never looking back or going back to that sinful life we left behind. Jesus through our sin into the SEA OF FORGETFULNESS...REMOVING OUR SINS AS FAR AS THE EAST IS FROM THE WEST. SOLI DEO GLORIA! (GLORY TO GOD ALONE!) YES, THIS IS DAY 20 OF THE 40 DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE . Kim and I both so get Batterson’s title for today…GO. SET. READY and I add GROW and dont look back! He (Abraham) did not know where he was going. Hebrews 11:8 God doesnt call the qualified; He qualifies the called. On the day Kim and I answered the call on our lives. Kim jumped up from the phew and went forward to Rev. Norman Diehl . At that very same moment my heart was beating out of my chest and I like Abraham did not know where I was going I only knew I had to go forward and not get left behind. This step as uncertain as it was turned out to be the step taken for both Kim and I to turn over our lives to God. This step is where God began qualifying us for what was to become of our relationship with Jesus, our marriage, our AGPMA family and friends, our future family etc. When I invite people to accept the Lord as their Lord and Savior, I sometimes get the response; I don’t feel like I’m ready yet. As you can see by my first step, feeling ready is not required. Understanding is not required. Just obedience to that tug on our heart is all it takes. Like Batterson says today in today’s title. GO. SET. READY. And I add GROW. Grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ as you seek Him and His Righteousness with all your heart and all these things will be added unto you. The sad thing is that some of those people are still going through life waiting to be ready, weathering their storms without God. God doesnt necessarily keep you out of the storms of life. It’s just so much more peaceful knowing that He is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. It’s so empowering praying through the storms to the One who is in control! If you’re looking for excuses, you will always find one. For that matter whether you’re looking for excuses or not…instead just go, set, ready, grow and don’t look back.
