DAY 7of 30: Reflection/recovery/restart You make these exercises as hard or easy as youd like. Here is my suggestion. 1)Something to note I started this challenge trying to think of all levels of fitness but really pushing an emphasis on the beginners and novice exercises. 2)so man people try to make the craziest exercise and who can do the most and I think that is great. I believe if we are going to make a difference in peoples lives we need to start with those who have a hard time being consistent. 3)I love a good challenging extreme workout but is it for everyone? I dont believe so! I believe there are people who have other priorities but how can we make something work for them? I believe if we start with small tasks and people are successful they will come back for more and begin to expand from there 4) This is why its so important to teach foundational movement, this is why 3D training is so beautiful. It allows for the persons individuality to take precedence over all other pre determined factors in exercise. 5)If you are just beginning exercise contact me and I will coach you. If you have question s on form feel free to reach out. 6)If something hurts don t do it 7) also if you dont have a lot of time feel free to break the circuit up for instance 2sets in the morning 2 sets evening) 8)this is a challenge I m doing if you chose to join please record your results and if its support we are doing it together so I m glad to motivate. 9) the goal I would love to see out of others would be just moving around more perfecting foundational movements.
