DAY I DO NOT RELISH !!! A female Lay reader was walking to the pulpit to do the second reading when she stepped on the over-flowing garment they normally wear. She tripped and her high heel footwear didnt do much to make her regain her balance! She fell face down before the altar!!! Laugh erupted from the congregation,mostly the female ones and out of shame or maybe pains,this lady refused to stand up. She lay there till Mass servers rushed to her aid! And do you know the worst of it all? It was her day to do the reading so she still has to limp to the pulpit and do the second reading!!! What a piteous ordeal!!! Story as told by a witness!!!
