DAY TWENTY!!! Today we will do a few variations of some of the old exercises. If you want to add in some cardio, do 10 speed skaters after each exercise today. Push yourself to do your best! 1. Inchworm with open arms and shoulder press (4) 2. Tricep pushups (on knees) 3. Tricep dips to incline pushups, 10 of each...repeat for 1 minute 4. Flutter kicks 5. Rotating oblique crunch BONUS: Starfish (side plank to plank to side plank to plank...repeat) BE BETTER THAN YOU WERE YESTERDAY! :)
