DAY26 of P.T.T.W.9 #TUNISIA, NORTH AFRICA Pray4Tunisia With all the fighting in neighboring Libya, the country of Tunisia is seeing an ever-increasing number of Libyans moving into their cities and villages. They are not just poor refugees. Many Libyans have enough money to flee their country. They also come to Tunisia for medical service and hospitals that can provide better health care. Pray for the Tunisian Church to be a spiritual force that helps bring Libyans to the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray for other Christians to move to Tunisia with a desire to reach out to Libyans. Pray also for the on-going presidential elections in Tunisia. They need a leader who will lead the country into peaceful times (The Bible, Hebrews 12:11). #CAMBODIA, SOUTHEAST ASIA Pray4Cambodia OMF International reports Cambodia is one of the world’s poorest countries. They struggle with issues of poverty, drug abuse, poor health care, and low literacy rates. It is forbidden to convert from Buddhism to other religions. Yet the Church, especially in urban areas, has grown rapidly in the last 15 years. The task to reach rural ethnic groups remains large. Pray for a complete harvest among each of Cambodia’s ethnic groups. Pray that converted tribes will send Christian workers to those without the Gospel of Jesus Christ (The Bible, Mark 16:15).
