DCP Alums: Did you know we have a community garden at DCP? Weve just launched a chicken co-op and were saving a couple of spots just for alumni. I just joined and am super excited. Doing my orientation next week and would love to have you join me. HMU if youre interested! Commitment is visit the garden once every two weeks to feed and check on the 10 hens and collect eggs. IN EXCHANGE: A free dozen eggs every other week and weekly access to the garden to harvest whatever you would like that is in season. This includes a bounty of herbs, kale, squash, onions, lettuce, zucchini and whatever seasonal crops we have rotated in.
