DCPC and Blythe Elementary! On April 16, following a presentation by DCPC member Royce Kimbrough, the Session voted to enter into a partnership with Blythe Elementary School. We are thrilled that our congregation will be following in the footsteps of our theological forebear John Calvin, who founded an academy to educate the children of Geneva out of his deeply-held belief of the importance of universal education. On Sunday, May 11, Blythe Elementary Principal Patricia Johanson will share a Minute for Mission at the 11 a.m. service. Come and grab hold to what the Spirit is just beginning among us and our new friends at Blythe!
