DDC Doda reviews arrangements for SSB written examination DODA, SEPTEMBER 11- District Development Commissioner Doda, Mr. Mubarak Singh today convened a meeting of the Officers and discussed necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the written examination being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board on September 14, 2013 for filling various vacancies. Additional District Development Commissioner, Doda Mr. G.N Balwan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Mr. Anil Koul, Chief Planning Officer Doda besides Zonal Education Officers, Deputy Director Employment Doda and other senior officers of Education and other Departments attended the meeting. The meeting discussed arrangements including, deployment of staff for exam duty, accommodation of candidates, deployment of magistrates, deployment of exam invigilators, security and frisking at the venue, availability of transport, etc . The DDC directed Deputy Director Employment Doda to keep Employment and Counseling Centre Doda open till 6:00 PM so that candidates could get their Admit cards well in time and that too in a hassle free manner. It was also revealed in the meeting that Last date for getting Admit cards from District Employment and Counseling Centre Doda has been extended from September 9 to 13th of September 2013 for the convenience of the candidates appearing in the Test. It was also decided in the meeting that the class work of educational institutions where the written examination is scheduled to be conducted shall remain off on the date of examination. The DDC instructed ARTO Doda to deploy adequate number of JKSRTC Buses and other available additional transport so that candidates do not face any inconvenience.
