DEAR GOD, THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP THIS MORNING, AND THANK YOU FOR THIS DAY!!! FOR THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HAS MADE AND I WILL BE GLAD IN IT. NOT MY WILL BE DONE TODAY, BUT GOD ONLY YOUR WILL. HELP ME AND US ALL TO WALK IN YOUR PERFECT WILL AND PLAN TODAY. I THANK YOU FOR EXTENDING YOUR MERCY AND GRACE TO MY FAMILY AND I BY WAKING US UP THIS MORNING. THANK YOU FOR BREATHING THAT BREATH OF LIFE INTO OUR NOSTRILS AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR THAT POWERFUL DEVOTION WE HAD LAST NIGHT, I HOPE IT MINISTERED TO THE PEOPLE THAT NEEDED BECAUSE IT MINISTERED TO ME GREATLY. THANK YOU FOR THAT WORD HOLY SPIRIT. LORD I PRAY THAT YOU BE IN THIS DEVOTION THIS MORNING, AND YOU MANIFEST YOURSELF ON THIS SCREEN THIS MORNING AND REACH OUR AND TOUCH SOMEONE RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF THEIR COMPUTER, TABLET, OR SMARTPHONE. GOD YOU ARE AMAZING AND ALL POWERFUL!!! SATAN YOU ARE DEFEATED AND REBUKED AND RESISTED…YOU MUST FLEE. WE TAKE EVERY DISTRACTIVE THOUGHT CAPTIVE THIS MORNING AND CAST THEM UNTO THE LORD SO WE CAN FOCUS ON YOU. LORD WE THANK YOU PRAISE YOU FOR ALL BLESSINGS PAST, PRESENT AND TO COME. LORD, I PRAY YOU ANSWER PRAYERS OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND COMFORT ALL IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. SHOW THEM THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRT, HOW TO CHANNEL THAT STRESS, DEPRESSION, AND/OR ANXIETY. PUT SOMEONE IN THERE LIFE THAT CAN HELP THEM. GIVE THEM PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING. LORD, WE THANK YOU AND PRAISE YOU FOR ALL SISTUATIONS AND HEALINGS PAST, PRESENT, AND TO COME. WE ASK ALL THIS IN JESUS’ NAME AMEN!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!! Good morning my dear friends, I hope you all rested in the Lord, and feel refreshed for an amazing day in the lord. Last night I know was a really long post that wrapped up a series (I guess) on not basing you relationship with God on feelings, and how to combat the enemy’s attacks on the mind. I even gave you some battle strategies that were given to me. I hope you continue to apply them and you find your freedom, or I hope it maintains your freedom from bondage. Either way last night’s post really ministered to me. Now I would like to move on and state the obvious…Jesus is our redeemer and rescuer. Who knows what the term “Advocate” means? Not insulting anyone’s intelligence, I promise. Advocate-a person who publicly supports or recommends a particular cause or policy. synonyms: champion, upholder, supporter, backer, promoter, proponent, exponent, spokesman, spokeswoman, spokesperson, campaigner, fighter, crusader; More a person who pleads on someone elses behalf. How awesome is that definition. Look at the synonyms…here are my favorites. Champion, upholder, supporter, backer, spokesperson, fighter, and crusader. All of those is GOD. He is the champion, our upholder, our supporter, he backs us, and even our spokesperson. Why in the world do think the devil beats us up so bad (or tries at least) when we start getting close to God??? It scares him to think that we are getting close to our eternal advocate…because we are!!! HE KNOWS WE WILL DEFEAT HIM THEN!!! If the champion of the world and over death and sin, our spokesperson, our supporter, our upholder, our fighter, our crusader is THE GOD ALMIGHTY…WE CAN’T AND WILL NOT LOSE TO SATAN!!! We are victorious through GOD and his precious Holy Spirit!!! WOW that makes me want to run in circles!!! So if you are down and feel defeated at all today just remember that GOD is our Champion, upholder, supporter, backer, spokesperson, fighter, and crusader and he is your ADVOCATE! My encouraging word of the day is: 1 John 2 New King James Version (NKJV) 1 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world. Be blessed and encouraged today and trust in the Lord for your victory. Let him fight that battle. HE IS YOUR ADVOCATE!!! God Bless my friends…I love you all!
