DEAR MR . PRESIDENT I have issues with you 1. You move with 27 vehicles on Entebbe road twice a day and inconvenience us for 30 minutes each time because the right of way. 2. Entebbe express highway will not solve the problem of traffic jam because it ends in Busega! I doubt whether you will be to use it from State house to Nakasero. 3. We have waited for the cabinet reshuffle invain. Anyway we are used to the recycle. 4. Seems your ten - point programme is obsolete. 28years in power out of the 50yrs you promised to rule us you need more points. 5. Unemployment problem! If oil is bringing in money why dont you widen the public service? Your UPE and USE schools are understaffed, the Doctor - patient ratio in public hospitals is alarming. 6. We lack public transport system and yet you are over taxing the available private transport! 7. The cost of living is too high! It is suprising you endorsed increased taxes on kerosene! 8. We demanded for electoral law reforms. We are surprised you refused! 9. Kampala is too congested why dont you take some ministries out? 10. Your advisors are liars, ugandans are not happy.
