DEAR TASCA Ive been taking this car to Massey now Tasca since I bought it for everything except tires. Your guys are vicegrip bolt stripping hacks and parts changers who create unnecessary work at the customers expense. Each oil change I have come in for I have tried to be pro active with maintenance on the car. In the last year and a half I have had a car inspection where the car passed but I had my back brakes serviced to be proactive. I have also had a rear blown brake line replaced. I have also had a rear caliper replaced all on separate occasions. Today after being in you garage from Monday through Thursday of this week the car is back in for a front caliper and the mechanic has the balls to say all 4 bleeders should be replaced and I need a brake fluid flush. AND I need an alignment because it is way off. That car drives perfectly straight and it has been tested for an alignment recently. In fact your multipoint bullshit inspection paperwork that I just got back Thursday evening STATES THAT. Now lets continue. I had a radiator flush and both upper and lower hoses replaced about 2 oil changes ago. About 1 oil change before that you replaced my power steering pump and I also had you replace the serpentine belt at the same time. Last weekend I had an idler pulley noise that I located and while I was looking I checked my anti freeze level (which was FULL). I dropped the car off MONDAY for an idler pulley noise. You tell me the serpentine belt is rotted by an anti freeze leak that takes your mechanic two days to find.. But I have no spots in my driveway and my reservoir is full. So then you have the car another day because the idler pulley bolt is stripped. Why dont you tell me who should be responsible for that mysterious antifreeze leak and a stripped bolt that your past mechanic had no problem with. I would like to thank your mechanics very much for sticking that Tasca world class dick in my ass but I normally preferred to be kissed while youer doing it. Merry Christmas.
