DECEMBER ACTIVITIES AT THE VILLAGE OF LEWISTON DECEMBER 4 THURSDAY 6:30PM - COOKIES AND CRAFTS WITH SANTA Children are invited to attend a cookie social with the “man in the red suit.” Along with the cookies will be crafts and the opportunity to tell Santa what is on their holiday list. The cost for each child will be $5.00. Seating is limited to 50 children. For reservations please call the Rec. Dept. at 754-1990. Held at Lewiston Red Brick School - N. 4th and Onondaga St. DECEMBER 5 FRIDAY 7 PM – LIGHTING OF THE HOLIDAY TREE AT HENNEPIN PARK. A tradition of lighting the tree and entertainment. DECEMBER 6 SATURDAY 10AM - BREAKFAST WITH SANTA Bring your children to enjoy breakfast with the “man in the red suit.” Children will get to spend time sharing with Santa their Christmas list. The donation for the breakfast is $5.00 per child. Coffee and tea will be available for the parents. Reservations can be made by calling 754-1990 or 754-8271. Seating is limited. Held at Lewiston Red Brick School. DECEMBER 6 SAT. 1-3 PM - HOLIDAY ARTS AND CRAFTS As part of the Christmas Walk activities, children are encouraged to attend the Holiday Arts and Crafts to paint ornaments, make gifts, make a holiday decoration or just have fun creating things. Children over 4 can visit anytime during this time period. FREE. Since paint is used for some of the crafts, a smock or old t-shirt is suggested. Preregistration is not Necessary. BRING A BOX TO CARRY YOUR TREASURES HOME. Held at Lewiston Red Brick School. DECEMBER 9 – TUES. 4 OR 6 PM– HOLIDAY CRAFT MAKING - Come and have fun making holiday crafts to decorate your house. Ages 5 years and up. Class projects different than Dec.5, and Dec. 7 crafts. Call 754-1990 to register. Free. Held at Lewiston Red Brick School.
