DECLARATION OF THE FIRE DANGER PERIOD - 25 NOVEMBER 2013 COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY ACT 1958 28/11/2013 IN PURSUANCE of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958, I, Euan Ferguson, Chief Officer of the Country Fire Authority, after consultation with the Secretary to the Department of Environment and Primary Industries, hereby declare the following periods to be the Fire Danger Period in the municipal districts of the municipalities or parts of municipalities specified, commencing and ending on the dates shown and, unless varied by subsequent declaration as follows: To commence from 0100 hours on 25 November 2013: Greater Shepparton City Council Moira Shire Council Strathbogie Shire Council, all areas north of the Hume Highway ending at 0100 hours on 1 May 2014.
