DECLARATIONS MADE BY HONBLE CM HARYANA SH. BHUPINDER SINGH HOODA, IN HARYANA SHAKTI RALLY AT GOHANA ON 10-11-2013, 1. To bring Accountability law to make the Administrative officers/officials accountable to public in case of failure in the performance of their public duties. 2. To grant compensation in case of accidental death of farmer or agricultural labourer while working in the fields to the tune of Rs. 5 Lacs. 3. To grant compensation in case of disability suffered by farmer or agricultural labourer while working to the tune of Rs. 30, 000 to 2 lacs. 4. To grant compensation in case of death of milk producing animal such as cow, buffalo etc. to the tune of Rs. 50,000. 5. Rebate of 50% in the interest in case lump sum repayment of loan amount taken from Co-operative Banks. 6. Compensation in case damage of crops due to rain, flood etc. to the tune of Rs. 10,000 per acre which was earlier Rs. 5000/- per acre. 7. Minimum wages increased from Rs. 5342/- to Rs. 8100/- per month. 8. To grant compensation in case of death of labourer to the tune of Rs. 5 lacs. 9. To fill the back log of 15,000 vacant posts for SC/Bc. 10. Budget of Rs. 400 Crores for the constructions and renovation of Choupals in the villages as well as Cities. 11. 100% rebate in interest on the repayment of lump sum loan taken from the financial institutions meant for Scheduled Caste etc. 12. To constitute special cells for welfare of the SC/ST’s at District levels. 13. Increase in the salary of Sweepers to the tune of Rs. 8100/. 14. Abolition of recruitment of workers in Government agencies through Contractors. 15. To set up Rehri/Farhi Markets in Urban Land plus to issue their Identity Cards and licensees also. 16. To grant compensation of Rs. 2 Lacs in case of death of Rehri/Farhi operators. 17. To grant compensation in case of accidental fire etc. in the small shops, to its owner to the tune of Rs. 5 lacs. 18. Abolition of Form 38 for Business men/entrepreneurs. 19. To regularise the illegal colonies and to conduct the survey of the remaining colonies which could not be surveyed earlier and to provide the basic amenities such as Sanitation, water, roads etc. 20. To provide aid to the Govt. added schools and to adjust in Govt. Job the staff of Govt. Added schools in case of its closure. 21. To provide 50,000 flats in Housing Board to the Ex- Army men. 22. No property tax on the House of Ex-army person owning only one house 23. To fill up the back log of vacant posts meant for Ex-Army men. 24. To provide free medicines and medical check ups in Hospitals. 25. Honorarium of Lambardar’s increased from Rs. 1100 to Rs. 1500. 26. Salary of Chowkidars increased up to Rs. 3500. 27. Salary of Angadwari Worker increased to Rs. 7500. 28. Salary of Angadwari helper increased up to Rs. 4000. 29. Salary of mid day meal cook increased up to Rs. 2500. 30. Free bus travelling for Girl Students. 31. To establish 5 new Girl Colleges. 32. Increase in the salary of 3rd Class and 4th class employees of Rs. 2000/- as interim measure till the seventh pay commission report. 33. Increase in the salary police staff to the tune of rs. 5000/- plus Rs. 2000/- as interim measure till the seventh pay commission report. 34. Amount of pension increased up to Rs. 1000/- for widows, Old aged, Differently abled persons. 35. To fill up the Back log of 65000 vacancies.
