For a nutty, chewy texture, add wheat berries or farro to your salad. Another idea: turkey tortilla soup. Just use your favorite recipe for spicy chicken tortilla soup and swap in turkey instead. Don’t forget fresh corn, black beans, and plenty of cilantro and avocado for garnish. For something completely different from your Thanksgiving feast, use leftover turkey to make a warm pot of chili.
