***DELIGHTFUL AND FULL OF POTENTIAL!!!*** Cindy (A0994570) is a delightful 4-year-old girl whose former owners werent lying when they said they had no time for her. They had no time to take her to a vet regarding that mammary mass which is harboring brown fluid; they had no time to bring her up out of the basement and let her live with the family like a cherished pet. Cindy is probably getting a better quality of interaction from the ACC staff, as meager as we know that interaction is, and she still rocked an EXPERIENCE rating on her SAFER. This dog has all the potential in the world, and none of the ability to express it.
