DELTA 2015: BENJAMIN OGBALOR APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF OTEGA4GOVERNOR2015 CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION. Former Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Council and Project Development Consultant, Mr. Benjamin Ogbalor has been appointed as the Director-General of OTEGA4GOVERNOR2015 Campaign Organization. His appointment is with immediate effect. His new assignment was disclosed in a statement signed by the Campaign Office Director of Media and Political Communication, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe. He said as the Field Commander and Administrative Head of the campaign office, Mr. Ogbalor will be responsible for the implementation of political and electioneering strategies of the state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to ensure that the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is voted out of office in 2015 for APC and Olorogun Otega Emerhor to take effective control of prudent management of financial resources and socio-economic affairs of the state. APC Delta Governorship candidate, Olorogun Otega Emerhor and the state party executives approved Ogbalors appointment as a result of his enviable track records in Project Management and inestimable experience as public administrator and project development consultant. Dr Oghenesivbe further disclosed that the Director-General will ensure the effective mass mobilization of Deltans to actualize the request of the people who have been fasting and praying for there to be a CHANGE in governance since the ruling PDP has failed them since the advent of the nations constitutional democracy in 1999. Mr. Ogbalor until his appointment as Director-General of Otega4governorr2015 Campaign Organization, was the Chief Executive Officer of Everlink Sourcing Limited, a Nigerian based consulting group which specializes in Project Development with emphasis in structural financing and business development. He is a project management expert with over twenty five years working experience in the Private, Public and Civil Society sectors. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geography from the University of Maiduguri and a Master of Science Degree (MSc) in Land Development from Bayero University, Kano. Ogbalor belongs to various professional bodies, widely travelled and happily married with children.
