DEMAND NOTICE This is to notify the good people of the state,that from today we are beginning the process of recalling the governor of the state Hon Kashim Shettima,this demand notice became necessary after due consultations with all meaning people of the state. We all agree that he has failed to provide,complete and meet all the obligation as required by the constitution and has equally failed to meet the agreement reached with the people of the state. We have looked into the promises he made to the people of the state e.g State university,Maiduguri bypass,the ring road and flyovers etc he has failed to provide all. We looked into the his ongoing projects more especially estates,where alot of billions were spend,the constracts are over priced yet non is 50% completed eg Teachers village,legacy garden,Gamboa bypass housing project etc and we learn that he is planning to start many more even when he has not complted a single one. We also looked at the roads,uvwill all agree with us that he has failed this examination too,what readily comes to mind is the lagos street project,the road is about 3km and has been ongoing through lifespan of the administration and yet its not completed.there are alot of other road project sharing similar fate. Finally,your recent romance with Mr president is putting all of us at a risk of major proportion,Mr governor was quoted to have said that insurgency has been in Borno for 25 years and its not the fault of Mr president,we know that its not true and you shamelessly lie to save your political career at the expense of our people ,we ask that please reconcile what you told the president and your statement sometimes back that if an end to your life would bring peace to Borno,let that happen. Its because of the above abysmal performance and ill meaning activities of yours that we have all agreed not to renew your contract with us come 2015,while wishing all the best in your future endeavours ,we thank you for having the time to serve us.
