DEVASTATING NEWS: Tanesha Anderson, A 37-year-old Black women living with mental illness was killed last week when Cleveland, OH police slammed her to the ground outside her home as her brother looked on in horror. According to TheRoot, [Anderson] remained on the pavement for about 20 minutes before an ambulance arrived, with male officers declining to touch her until a female officer arrived on the scene. Its a tragedy weve seen too many times before an unarmed Black person killed by police and the second police killing in Ohio to make national headlines in recent months. John Crawford was gunned down by Beavercreek Police inside of a Walmart earlier this year. Enough is enough.
