DID YOU KNOW.... This year the Panama Canal is having a 100 year anniversary? We are extremely lucky that Memphis in May is saluting Panama this year and the Mississippi River Museum at Mud Island River Park has the honor of hosting a great exhibit from the Museo del Canal. They have graciously loaned us 100 artifacts from the Ricardo Gago Salinero Collection to celebrate the anniversary. It will be leaving Memphis soon so hurry down to Mud Island River Park to see this it. It will be on display thru May 31, 2014 and is included with admission to the Mississippi River Museum. Dont miss this historic collection and anniversary!
