DIRECTTV UPDATE: I paid another $359 today, via Western Union, to #directv . Waited the five hours they suggested, and called in again. Guess what, the DIRECTV office is now closed. I call their technical support line, and they say my account is on hold, and I must call another number, 877-684-6120. I specifically ask is this number an out of hours number, and she says yes. I call and guess what, closed I look up my account online, and it says balance paid (so they received the additional Western Union payment) but now the account says scheduled for disconnection Remember, they have now overcharged me $542. I guess my verbal tirade have now made me a bad client. LOL The war is on! This will be a legal matter by Monday morning, and I will be calling the FTC and the Attorney Generals office. By the way, something to think about. The two fraudulent charges on my credit card, which have since been reversed, were from #DirecTv ($599) and from #centurylink ($1249) - both owned by the same company.
