Duties: • Alignment of DST priorities and planning with that of its Science Councils • Providing the DST with support on embracing foresighting as a tool for future planning. Duties: • Develop and revise project plans, methodologies, policies and procedure manuals for IT Audits • Review of general control environment, security audits, application control audits, system development audits, IT governance and continuous auditing • Perform continuous monitoring utilising ACL • Prepare reports on IT audit activities to the relevant stakeholders • Provide consulting engagements for IT development systems • Plan and execute IT Audits as well as normal assurance and advisory functions in accordance with the PFMA and internal audit policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with the ISPPIA and ISACA standards.
