DISCIPLESHIP - When we consistently spend one-on-One time with the Lord, when we actively seek that personal relationship with Him, when we determine to learn of Him and walk in His ways, when we long to have the Character of Christ formed in us, when we die out to self and it is literally no longer us that lives, but Christ, the living One, Who lives in us, it will become second nature to us to act and react to the events of life in all the strength and power, and calm and assurance, the agape love and compassion and anointing that emanates from the very heart and hand of Christ Himself. True discipleship allows you to rest in Him. You can do nothing without Him. Determine to make an appointment with Jesus each day and let nothing deter you. You will find that He is waiting for you, ready to shower His love on you, mentor you, and lead you in the paths of righteousness for His Names sake. You will become a mighty tool in the hand of God - a kingdom builder. Go for it! There is nothing that would please Him more and nothing that will better nurture your spiritual life. He is so worthy and He has chosen YOU, specifically, to be His hands and feet and heart on this earth. Walk worthy of the calling He has placed on your life. Its is a calling issued to every believer. Its the least you can do to repay Him for the price He paid on the cross FOR YOU.
