Hard work jus as there is not substitute for quality, there is also no substitute for experience and definately no substitute for hard work... Its said that "hard work is better than talent if talent is not willing to wotk hard". Some of you look at Ronaldo,Messi;tiger Woods, Beast,Bolt and you say you were a better, rugby, golf soccer player. You even know people who really were good at these sports when you were growing up ...,but what happened to these people? Well they thought talent alone was enough, well its not. Talent needs to be supported. If talent is like a rose then hard word is like the soil that hold the talent together and provides it with necesary nutrients. Let me hasten to say success is no accident(leave the movie stuff at the cinemas,thats where individuals accidentally bump into success. Gates, zuckerberg, Beckham, einstein, even for penicillin they all worked). Success people is as a resut of well ochestrated strategy emaneting from hard word. Im not overlooking that there are hurdles on the road to success, but vision, courage, and hardwork are some of the thngs that drive us towards success.
