Getting tired of listening to scummy politicians talk about how lazy poor people are. Im poor and always have been. I work hard. One of the few things Im proud of. I probably qualify for welfare but I dont need it so I dont have it. But Im not a single mother trying to feed her children. If you call yourself a christian and think that poor people dont deserve your help then you should read the bible and remember that Jesus was a fan of the poor. Do people take advantage of the system? Of course, there are assholes everywhere. But how many lowlifes are you willing to let scam the system to if it puts food in a childs stomach? I say its worth it. Maybe we can create some jobs by paying investigators to catch these jackasses instead of punishing the most vulnerable in our society because of a few hustling shithooks....
