DISGUSTED OF SYSTEM WHERE SINNERS WIN? -- Millions of Pinoys are disgusted in our justice system, including me. I invite them to hear my speech on Peoples Justice System that I delivered at UP-NCPAG. You have seen many guilty persons getting away from the pangs of justice. You have also seen many innocent charged in court or worse convicted not based on facts but based on the PRESUMPTIONS OF EVIDENCE ONLY, biases, intentional gross ignorance, bribes, etc. This presumption rule has become a tyrant to millions. In presumptions of evidence rule, there is always a shadow of doubt. As my proposed substitute to the Bench Trial or Single Judge System coupled with Prosecutors Office Scheme, I am campaigning for the establishment of courts where the people are the judges and prosecution offices where the people are the ones deciding who to indict in court.
