DIY Natural Community Member Mar asks: Hi I am a 23 yr old female battling with pcos and endometriosis. I have recently gotten off the pill and my hormones are completely out of whack - my estrogen and testosterone seems to be excessively high. This has resulted in crazy immediate weight gain, hair loss, depression, pms symptoms and loss of my period. I have been researching a lot an have come across supplements such as vitex and inositol as well as safflower oil for weight loss. Was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with me ?
