DO NOT BUY FROM THALAPPAKATTI RESTAURANT, Anna Nagar Branch. Placed an order for my parents for Easter at 12:30 in the afternoon for lunch & the delivery is not made even until 3:00pm. All this, after numerous calls by my family to this horrible restaurant at Anna Nagar. To add insult to injury, the restaurant Manager Saravanan (so-called), is busy chatting away with someone else while I am telling him politely about how much trouble his restaurant has caused us, that too by ruining a festive days plans. Finally, a Mr. Rajan (GM) says he will rectify the error in a few minutes & sends across food at 3:30 pm, and the order is WRONG! WORST HOTEL EVER. WORST SERVICE. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE.
