DO NOT FLY DELTA AIRLINES!!!! i lost my flight this afternoon that was suppose to leave at 7:40 PM. got rebooked tomorrow am at 7:55. i left my bag at the USO and stepped out for some air. Upon entering the security screening the TSA told me I just needed a gate pass because my flight was for the next morning. The DELTA Supervisor, JOE (thats all he would give me for his name since he took off name tag), would not issue me a pass. Even though i showed them my Military ID card. He said I had to wait outside the terminal for over 3 hours because JOE at DELTA said no and would not give me a gate pass to get back into the USO. Another DELTA Supervisor (his name was Mohammed ) promptly gave me a pass and i was on my way. JOE met me at the TSA desk and took my gate pass because he said he told me no before. So for three hours I cannot enter the security to go to the USO and relax for several hours before I get on my flight because JOE AT DELTA SAYS NO. HUMM... I HAVE a security clearance with the Federal Government, I am a Field Grade Army Officer, deployed to many places representing USA and spent allot of time in Combat. But JOE at DELTA says no and for the next 3 hours i must be a security risk and cannot go relax at the USO. BTW: Joe is the Supervisor at the Detroit DELTA ticketing terminal on the 4th of August at 9:00 PM. he was working supervisor for ticket counters 42 and 43.
