Cash Shop content is the same or worse than crafted or looted items. Its really no different to current shops, just with costumes and mount skins. Well thats what they say it will be for time being. Membership = all DLC, +10% to crafting elements and gold, cash/crowns (useless i think at this point). Huge bonuses for long time players such as more points and a secret mount gift thing. They are clearly tying to appeal to more new people but keep the old players happy.
