TOP RIDE classes are designed to be fun and suit all fitness levels. YOU control how hard you work on the bike by adjusting your intensity to suit your fitness level, as an instructor Im there to guide you through the workout and challenge you to work harder. SO WHAT IS TOP RIDE EXACTLY? Top Ride -Is not just another choreographed class. Three rides. Three journeys. Three challenges. Top Ride is the only ride. TOP RIDE® ,is a ‘Radical’ new indoor cycling program created specifically to satisfy the needs of those who love to burn calories and Cycle. With TOP RIDE® you have a 45 minute workout experience that focuses on legs and glutes while also training both the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. For great motivation and power training, TOP RIDE® will allow you to burn calories fast, tone your thighs and glutes while also helping to effectively relieve stress. WHEN ARE CLASSES ON? Monday 5.30pm with Michelle Tuesday 6am with Michelle Tuesday 4.30pm Express with Liz Wednesday 9.15am with LIZ Thursday 6am with Michelle If you are wanting to try TOP RIDE for the first time I do suggest coming to class 10-15 minutes earlier, as to go over the bike and meet the instructor. :) SEE YOU SOON!
