Magnesium plays a role in the regulation of blood pressure, nerve function and blood glucose, and also contributes to energy production, bone development and muscle contraction. Here are just a few good sources of magnesium: Spinach, legumes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, tofu, brazil nuts, black beans, soybean flour. Are you having any of these in your day - spinach and almonds are my favorites :)
