DO YOU REALLY WANT MONEY ? (or something else?) PART 3 In the past 2 parts of this series, I was sharing about how most people chase after MONEY out of FEAR, and how that can be fixed when we have FAITH and have a MISSION to attract MONEY. How do you have FAITH then? 2. How do you find your MISSION then? In actual fact, the 2 questions can be answered in combination. To find your MISSION, you first needs to know your FAITH. If your FAITH is on yourself and you dont believe in a Higher Being, then the starting point of your MISSION will most probably point to yourself, which may go something like this. a. I believe in myself and only my own hands create my own destiny. b. I want to create my own success with my own strength. c. I need to take care of myself first in order to continue to be successful. d. I want others to respect me because I am great. e. I want to make money because I am able to do it myself. f. After I make money, then I will decide who to help and what charity I want to do. Do you see where the CHALLENGE is when your FAITH is on yourself only? You begin to put yourself above others, and from then on, SELLING becomes SPAMMING. If you have FAITH, then your rationale of making MONEY goes something like this: a. I believe in God and I will put in effort to partner Him in everything that I do. b. I am grateful to God for giving me the ability, brains, wisdom to make money. c. As a result of God giving me first, I want to give to others who are less fortunate. d. I want to build my business to help others because I was helped by God. e. I want to help others because I am a great receiver, f. Because I am a great receiver from God, I want to do His will out of gratitude and reverence. g. To do Gods will and mandate, I will find out I will give because He has given me first. You see, if you have FAITH, you will be grateful. When you have FAITH, you will learn to receive. And when you know how to receive, you will also be thankful and want to give back or give to someone else. When you have FAITH, you know there is a MORAL COMPASS in how you deal in business because you know GOD sees everything. When you operate from a point of FAITH, you will have more integrity, as you know that not getting caught by men does not mean not getting caught by GOD. Therefore, most people who have FAITH, and FAITH I mean a relationship with GOD, not a LEGALISTIC GOD, but a Fatherly God who loves you, then you will also learn to deal with people in a fair, honest and loving way. And this is good for SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think you got the idea here: People who have relational FAITH with a Higher Being called GOD, will operate in the most honest, high integrity, and loving way, in business. I dont mean those who call themselves religious, but those who really have a relationship with GOD, daily, talking to GOD like a friend, not just recited prayers and legalistic monotonous rituals. I mean, those who knows GOD as a FRIEND, and treat HIM like a FRIEND. So what and where is your FAITH? I pray that you will find a relational GOD and treat others with honesty, integrity and respect after that. God Bless you and your family, and your ventures.
