Heres the full mechanics: How to Join: DREAMS GET REAL is open to all UNSIGNED solo, duo, band, or group musical acts who are college/university students. For the group or band, a maximum of five (5) members are allowed and at least one of them must be a college student; All contestants must be students currently enrolled in a college/university, and must be male or have a dominantly male membership, fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) years old, of Filipino lineage; The following must be included for all applicants: Completed application form; Xerox copy of Birth Certificate; Proof of enrollment (i.e. Validated ID, Registration Form) One (1) copy colored picture; Applications may be submitted via email at ppresence@yahoo or via snail mail/ hand-carried at Dream Get Real Secretariat, Unit 5 Metrosquare No. 23 Scout de Guia corner Scout Tuason, Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City, Zip Code 1103 Participants may audition live or send a video recording or Youtube link of their live performances McJim Classic Leather and a panel of judges composed of respected personalities in the music industry, will review the applicants, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the requirements. McJim will not take part in dialogue with any contestant who has been refused entry or otherwise: Applicants with an existing recording or management contract By joining DREAMS GET REAL, the contestants agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of names and likenesses for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. By entering, each contestant releases and holds harmless McJim, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize to the greatest extent as permitted by law. Deadline of submission of entries is every three (3) days before the scheduled weekly eliminations. Screening: Upon submission of requirements, a panel composed of professionals from the field of music, McJim and its agencies shall choose a total of 50 contestants to compete in its five (5) Weekly Eliminations. A panel of judges will deliberate and select the 12 semi-finalists based on the following criteria: A. Star Quality B. Voice Quality C.
