Plus you get the added bonus of having variety which most people who pre-cook their own meals in bulk don’t have. In my case (when not bulking), doing a rough estimate, I calculated it to cost approximately R850 more per month than my usual spend. But I often spend 2-3 hours prepping food on a Sunday. If I take this over 4 weeks in a month, it’s 8-12 hours. So I leave this with you, is R850 worth more in the wallet than 8-12 hours of quality time spent enjoying life with your family and friends.
