DOES LOVE DIE? Writings From The Past Does love die? Or does it disappear like the snow when it melts into the ground or the wind as is disappears when it races past you? Animals seek a hidden place when they go off to die. Does love go to such a place and can you tell when the end is near? Is there a death rattle to love as it struggles with its last breath? Can you comfort it in last hours? What then is grief but the death watch of love in its final days? Some say love is eternal like the soul. Does it stay when to do so causes pain or does it leave to rest and reflect? Love cannot be measured or counted or quantified. The loss of love scars the soul leaving a wound aching to be healed.
