Its now months after the westgate massacre and although i was in that mall two or three days before that disaster, i have never passed anywhere closer to that mall until a few minutes ago.I must admit that i was shaking and felt abit disturbed because what happened there shocked me to the bottom of my heart (R.I.P OUR PEOPLE).Now,I took the route via parklands to Gigiri and what i discovered is that most public roads around parkland area have been gated and turned to private drives.May be because of the closeness to westigate or other reasons well known to the residents of that estate.What i also noticed is that there are many KK security personnel (not bukusu ofcourse) keeping vigil and some guys who i have learnt are vigilante in the making.The interesting thing is that they are not really bothered wether you are a terrorist, thief or a passer by but their main concern is wether you are a Bukusu or not.It dawned on me that something happened recently that shaked the indian community both in kenya , india and around the world.To them it was worse than the kashmir war that happened between the pakistanis and the indians.its not actually a very being deal for a common african kenyan, but the phrase #mybukusudarling was just like a nuclear missile from Lahore Pakistan to New Delhi in India.Enjoy Your Lunch
