DONT GIVE UP-All throughout the Bible we find biblical leaders who often took time to rest before, during and after a great breakthrough or achievement in the marketplace, our rest is essential if we expect to do a great work. All around us there are people who are under unbelievable stress. Many are discouraged, depressed and some feel unworthy. The stress they are under is causing them to not think clearly and has even caused various sicknesses and diseases. Rest is an equalizer. Solomons father David once said in Psalms 23:1-3, The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul (mind, will, intellect and emotions).
