DON’T SWEAT IT – I have learned over the years that everybody does not celebrate our accomplishments. Everybody does not share our excitement. It used to bother me because the Bible says, “So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another” – Romans 12:5 and “The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these” – Mark 12:31 So if we are all members of one another and we would celebrate ourselves, why don’t we celebrate one another? Why aren’t we excited about our fellow brothers and sisters accomplishments? I can’t answer that question but I do know that if we LOVE like the Bible says we should, it should come with ease! “No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and His love is perfected in us” – 1 John 4:12 Lastly, “When others are happy, be happy with them. If they are sad, share their sorrow” – Romans 12:15 Let’s sow the type of seeds that we want to reap. “Do to others as you would have them do to you” – Luke 6:31
