DOUBLE PAYMENT?! Sometime ago, I took a bus home. While waiting for it to get full, my aunt too came into the bus. By the time the conductor collected the fare, I paid for myself not knowing that my aunt had paid for me.Later on, when we had gotten down from the bus, she said hope you didnt pay? and I was like I didnt know you had paid. It was annoying to know about the double payment not just because of the money but because the conductor must have felt fly for cheating us. Many of us are paying double for our sins that Christ has paid already. I mean, He died for our sins, but some of us still choose to pay for our sins by never forgiving ourselves of our past wrongs. Many of us have refused to let go, and are yet to embrace the freedom He has by His death given us. Are you there, filled and laden with sin, feeling like your sins are way too grave to be forgiven? Please, do not make the death of our Lord look like a waste. He has paid it all; stop trying to double pay. Stop giving the devil cause to rejoice over your life! Refuse to allow the devil continue depriving or cheating you of Gods plan for your life! Come to the fountain, there alone you shall be cleansed. And then, please do yourself a favour, inspite of the horrid past...forgive yourself and move on. Remain Blessed!!!
