DOUBLE TAP if you are on a holiday vacation! We are checked in and settled in to our home away from home on the Big Island with my husbands family....all 70+ of us SO much fun, but Im still starting off every day bright and early with a workout I never workout in gyms and now I remember why I dislike it so much, but Ill take what I can get! Try this circuit at home to start your day off right! 15x bottom half squats 15x dead lift 15x press up 15x thrusters Repeat for 4 rounds! TAG someone who lives the gym to give me a little motivation here! HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone!
