JUN TSUJI HAS RESEARCH PUBLISHED SHU Professor of Biology Dr. Jun Tsuji recently had his experimental research findings published in the peer-reviewed journal Environmental Entomology by the Entomological Society of America. The paper, entitled Effects of Foliage Color on the Landing Response of Pieris rapae (Leptidopera: Pieridae), describes original research data that support the hypothesis that the butterflies use visual cues to select host plants to land and lay eggs on. This manuscript was coauthored with Lauren Coe 12, who is currently a third-year medical student at the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.
