DRIVER: Sir the Fare is ..... (and next the sneaky throw me your pass toss) .. SIR theres only 1 TAP pass per customer this one has already been used ... Resultung in angry passenger throwing a few punches of his own ... It is without question the Driver was just doin his job ... what do you think about the new TALKING BUS feature? Is it helping ? .. Are customers even listening to the FARE .announcements ? Will they readily be prepared to pay the increase? Little old seniors still holding tight to that 2nd quarter during peak hours and everyone still stating: I only have a dollar, is that okay? NO ITS NOT OKAY!! THATS WHY THE FARES ARE GOIN UP!! NOW what measure of training ..measure of reinforcement , where will the addl Security staffing be on the beat ...that the transit company wl provide us to ensure the smooth transition and collection of this new Fare rate increase in Sept. ? ANSWER: None (lol... When the TurnStyles on the Rail was locked to avoid Fare evasion ..you notice Ambassadors out educating the public and additional security staffing was brought on to ensure the old Honor system policy was none and void ... Did anyone plan the same steps on the Bus side ..or will Operators be the fallguy ? Youre own your own Operators think safety first ...quote make an attempt to collect but dont enforce ... its not our money anyway See your instructions dept for more info.
