DROWNED: Police on Thursday recovered the body of a man who drowned in a well as he attempted to retrieve a bucket in exchange for sh13, 000. The incident took place at about 12:20 pm local time (EAT). Kampala metropolitan police spokesman Ibin Ssenkumbi identified the deceased as Shaban Nsamba, 42, of Kawanda in Wakiso district. Nsamba reportedly drowned as he attempted to collect the bucket from the well of his neighbor, identified as Deo Wakuza.
