DRUM the beating drums in my mind thump thrum thump and the people dance and sway out stretched arms reaching into a sky of infinity thump thrum thump little knifes in there hands cutting into the distant horizon like grasping children strips of sunbeam cloud the percison of a skilled old surgeon mad hands with fingers clawing cutting building a treasure out of destruction thump thrum thump in my mind they scream and sing like angry sirens twisting turning spinning cutting and pulling at the sky reforming the above as below and the below as above turning it inside out Do you love the insides too? The way they do? They have clown mirror faces. They have drums made from bone and flesh. Beating Beating thump thrum thump soft eye lashes resting on sad face all in the mind Mind thump thrum thump eyes widening in wakeful understanding all in my mind mine mind oh my mind....
