DUFFMAN WOWS W.O.W AT THE GLEN Jamie Duff had the big crowd at Woodford Glen captivated as he dominated round two of the Tyre General War of the Wings Series at Woodford Glen last night with a stunning display of speed during the twenty five lap feature. The 22 year old set an new all time Woodford Glen lap record of 14.7782 as he raced to second place in the first heat but he laid all his cards on the table with an outstanding drive through the traffic to take out the twenty five lap feature. A DNF in his second heat saw him having to start from grid nine however he was quickly challenging Ray Baughan for the lead. On the tenth lap Duff spun onto the infield but managed to rejoin the race and he again set off after the field. With just a handful of laps to go he was on Baughans tail and with momentum swinging his way he took the lead, going on to win from Baughan, with Matt Honeywell third. Heat Race wins went to Ray Baughan, Mark Evans and Brett Sullivan.
