Dahakas (Zahhak/Zuhak) Story: In Ancient Times, there was an ancient king named Yima Xshaeta-- born of the land of Persia, in southern Arya. He was a great man whom lived for many years loving God. He was blessed by God to give the ability of unaging life. With this gift, Yima invented many great things. Armor for protection, manners of swords for combat, household tools for daily life. He was grateful to God for His many blessings to Yima. But one day, Yima grew tired of giving thanks to God and demanded that his people do not give thanks unto God, but to thank Yima. Saying, It is I whom did all of these great things for you. All that you know and love to this day would not be possible without ME. So, many of his people [the Persians] feared him and fled to Arabia in search for help. There they found a man named Dahaka, whom was the son of a sultan, and killed his father for the promise of power. A group of Persians had finally seen Dahaka, and begged him to end Yimas reign. Dahaka accepted and traveled to Arya, the land which Yima the Persian ruled. Dahaka, with his might, killed Yima and became the ruler of all of Arya, from Akkadia to Far East Khorasan and Northern India. In Dahakas rule, he was visited by Eblis the Devil. Eblis said he had cursed him. For it was because of Eblis that Dahaka could rule. Dahaka then realized that it was for Eblis that Dahaka murdered his father, the Sultan. From that day, Dahaka began to grow terrible monsterous serpent-like heads from the tops of his shoulders. They demanded the hearts of Aryans. Their brains and their blood. Dahaka could do not else to appease his new heads. He rounded up a large number of Aryans, and-- day after day-- he would feast on them. A butcher named Kaveh-- whom was from the far eastern city of Sumeria, the city of Elam [now a province in Western Iran]-- learned of this, and went in secret to free these men, women and children. Freeing them, he brought them to the land that would be known as Akkadia. The Aryans were called the Kurds, for they survived their genocide. Kurds would always roam from land to land. And although they loved their land, a terrible memory of Arya would forever be engraved on their memories. For they would suffer many genocides from that day forth. Little did Dahaka know, Yima had a son named Prince Abetin, whom fled with his wife to the land of Nepal. Where he would raise his son, Thraetaona. Throughout the years, Kaveh rounded up Persians, Akkadians and Sumerians to rise up against Dahaka. His Kaviani banner became a beloved symbol to all peoples of Arya whom hated Dahaka. But his efforts were never sufficient. Thraetaona grew into a strong man, living in the mountains. His mother had told him, that he was the rightful ruler of the Arya Veja. That his family was from the province of Persia, and that he must return to end Dahakas tyranny. So Thraetaona went into Arya and joined Kaveh. There, he approached Dahaka with his Ox Headed Mace, and smashed it hard against Dahaka on his throne, and strangled the serpent-like heads. Dahaka was blessed with immortality, so Thraetaona, Prince of Persia, binded Dahaka and dragged him from his throne, far away to a secret entrance of Damavand Mountain in Tehran. Inside the mountain, Thraetaona chained this creature, whom was slowly becoming a dragon. Sealing him away in Damavand forever, where Dahaka remains to this day. Thraetaona loved all of his people. Gave thanks to God, and had three sons. But theirs is another story.
