Pacing like hungry animals waiting for the last of the pizza gobblers to finish their meal before we race in and set up for a nice night of loud rock n roll. SUNDAY-ay-ay-ay Three Gun match at the DPC. This is still a spectator event for me as I havent decided to drop yet more cash on a shotgun and a .22 w/ a scope. It never ends. Sunday afternoon is the gun show at the Will Rogers in FtW. Maybe Ill find a buyer for my beloved Berretta .40. OR maybe a trade for some S&W 17 round mags. HOPEFULLY, not the 100.00 kind. Waiting on the new Burriss red dot to arrive at SPS. Larry and Sam have a VERY nice Remington 12 gauge theyre trying to sell me. Jerry Miculek model with a 10 round tube. ooooooh. Black... Ordered a new comp-tac speed holster which should arrive next week. Too bad I cant hit the broad side of a barn. At least Ill look good trying. This gun thing is sort of like a custom car show. You buy a blank car then you spend hundreds of bucks souping it up. At least theyll go fast when you need it. How about a nice new Apex trigger, Tungsten recoil rod and a 14# recoil spring from Speed Shooter Specialties??? OH I forgot...mag well and extended 20 round mag heels.
