Dahi Phulki: For More #Recipes Visit:::>recipesfab Ingredients : Mash ki daal ka atta Ajwain ~ 1 tst Salt ~ as req Meetha soda ~ 1/4 tsp Methi dana ~ 1/4 tsp heeng ~ 1/2 pinch Chat Masala Dahi Bada Masala Ginger ~ 1 1/2 tsp imli chutney ~ as req Youghurt ~ as req Atta ~ 1 Cup Dahi Phulki Method: Come up with a paste of mash ki daal atta together with , ajwain and heeng ginger. Fry methi dana in 1 tbsp oil and add in to the daal paste. Maintain the paste thick and set up aside for some time. Heat oil to make dallops in the fry and oils. Mix salt and sugar in water and position the phulkyan inside. Allow them to soak for 15-20 mins. Bring them out and put in dish. Pour little chutney and masala and yoghurt based on your taste and savor.
